RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Tay's Woodart, we take pride in the quality of each handmade piece. If you're not satisfied with your order, we're happy to help!
Returns for apparel will be accepted only 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached. Please contact tayswoodart@gmail.com to start your return.
We do not accept returns including the following: original paintings, prints, & custom paintings.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
We understand that certain issues may arise in the shipment of the painting or print. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damaged from shipping, please keep the package and contact us immediately at tayswoodart@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at tayswoodart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and an email confirmation will be sent to the original email on the order. Some situations may only qualify for partial refunds, such as items with signs of use, missing tags, or damaged packaging.
EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges for eligible items. Simply follow the return process above and let us know you'd like an exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please contact us at tayswoodart@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. All cancellations may be accepted if the shipping process has yet to begin.
